DiJon "DJ" Jones

President

Serving as the President at SharCon Government Services, DJ brings more than 25 years of experience managing complex training, justice, rule of law, and security programs and delivering solutions in multicultural international environments in support international partners worldwide. He is responsible for business development, P&L, and managing justice and stabilization programs for the Integrated Security Solutions business unit providing services in conflict, post conflict, and emerging environments.

He is a former law enforcement executive with the U.S Government and the Fairfax County Police and has experience in command and control, continuity of operations, training, and investigations. He has managed and delivered executive training and capacity building programs and provided executive support to peacekeeping operations supporting international partners in Haiti, Columbia, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, South Sudan, and Liberia.

He was responsible for developing new contracts in excess of $250M and the execution of existing contracts with values more than$1B. DJ holds an MS in Integrated Homeland Security Management with a specialization in Policy and a Masters Certificate in Security Assessment and Management from Towson University.
